If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchased a product from bonoch online, you may use this form to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

You do not need to give a reason. After you submit and confirm your withdrawal request, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

Before you submit

Please provide your name, the email address where you would like to receive confirmation, and information that helps us identify your order or purchase contract.

If you do not know your order number, you may provide other details such as the email used for the order, product name, or delivery date.
