At bonoch, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights work for purchases made directly through our official website.

If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost you paid, where applicable. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless the return is due to our error, the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we have agreed to cover the return shipping cost, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exercise EU Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from bonoch.com.

If you purchased a bonoch product from Amazon, another marketplace, an authorized reseller, or any other third-party seller, please refer to that seller’s return and refund policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.

2. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

For non-EU voluntary returns, the returned product must be in its original condition and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and proof of purchase.

For EU consumers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, please see Section 3 below.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchase a product from us online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by making a clear statement. You may do this by:

4. Online Withdrawal Function for EU Customers

For EU customers, we provide an online withdrawal function that allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal directly through our website.

The online withdrawal function allows you to provide or confirm:

  • your name
  • details identifying the contract or order you wish to withdraw from, such as your order number or other order details
  • your email address or other electronic contact details for receiving confirmation

Before your withdrawal request is submitted, you will be asked to confirm your decision by selecting a confirmation button.

After you confirm your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay. The acknowledgement will include the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time of submission.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@bonoch.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the product name
  • your email address used for the order
  • photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
  • the reason for the return, if you choose to provide one

For EU consumers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, providing a reason is not required.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions, including the applicable return address. Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or cause the return to be sent to the wrong location. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Returning Products After Withdrawal

If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send back the product before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless:

  • the return is due to our error
  • the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • we have agreed to cover the return shipping cost
  • we failed to inform you before purchase that you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product
  • applicable law requires otherwise

Please return the product with all accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging where possible. You may inspect and handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. However, you may be responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

7. Shipping Costs

Original delivery cost for EU withdrawal: If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard delivery cost you paid, where applicable. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

Return shipping cost for EU withdrawal: If you return a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless we have agreed to cover that cost or applicable law requires otherwise.

Return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect products: If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong product or a product that arrived damaged or defective, bonoch will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your product. We are not responsible for returned products lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bonoch.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where applicable.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, refund, prepaid return label, or another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our warranty and support policies.

9. Refunds

For non-EU voluntary returns, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

For EU consumers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the product back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for receiving the refund.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

10. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges in most cases.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product if eligible and place a new order separately.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.

11. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • gift cards
  • customized, personalized, or special-order products
  • products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, or abuse
  • products with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging not caused by us
  • clearance or final-sale items, where permitted by law

For EU consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services where legally exempt, including customized or clearly personalized goods and other categories excluded under applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bonoch.com.

If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel the shipment. In that case, you may request a return or, if applicable, exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after receiving the product.
